Who is HypnoBirthing® for?
HypnoBirthing® is for any birthing couple (Mother, father, doula, sister, grandmother, partner, close friend, any person the birthing person chooses as their birth companion) who is wanting a beautiful, empowering, calm, manageable birthing experience.
HypnoBirthing® believes the birthing partner/companion is an integral part of the birthing and not just an onlooker.
HypnoBirthing® is not only for first time mothers, if you did not have the birthing experience that you wanted first, or even second time round then HypnoBirthing® is for you.
You can start a HypnoBirthing® Antenatal Course anytime after your 20 week scan, generally up until 34 weeks. However if you are past 34 weeks, contact me and I will gladly assist.
The techniques do take practice and dedication to achieve optimum results.
